One River Plaza
One River Plaza was designed to be the region’s premier residential waterfront property. The site, at the foot of the Purple People Bridge that connects downtown Cincinnati to Newport on the Levee, is a short walk to the Banks. Also within walking distance – the streetcar providing access to all of downtown and Over-the-Rhine’s attractions. One River Plaza offered access to beautiful parks and the region’s best dining, arts, sports and entertainment.
Two 20-level residential towers were designed to take full advantage of park and city views. Each tower included 40-46 condominiums and two assigned parking spaces for each residence. The towers shared a passenger drop‐off along Pete Rose Way with access to a two‐level garage off Pike and Butler Streets.
The design included amenities for an active lifestyle including a dramatic infinity pool and terrace overlooking Yeatman’s Cove Park, a clubhouse with a kitchen for entertaining, a fully equipped fitness center, kayak and bike storage, and a professionally-landscaped lawn and garden.
