Brown School of Social Work
Washington University in St. Louis
St. Louis, IL
The new Brown School of Social Work at Washington University in St. Louis will double the school’s current size and unite faculty, staff and research centers that are currently dispersed across the campus. The 105,000 square feet, $60 million expansion will connect two existing buildings and comprise research centers, academic and administrative offices, service departments, classrooms, group and individual study spaces and a cafe. At the heart of the building is a forum, a multi-purpose space suitable for functions ranging from large, formal university events to casual student and staff interaction.
glaserworks provided support on this project to architect-of-record, Moore Ruble Yudell Architects and Planners and associate architect, Mackey Mitchell.
