Developed by a private developer, Duke Realty, the building had a total construction cost of $35,000,000. It has housed some of Cincinnati’s most prestigious companies since its opening.
525 Vine was the first major downtown high-rise office building to be designed by a local architect since 1931. It underwent a thorough public design review process.
